Ministry Leadership Development

Ministry Leadership Development (MLD) is the part of the Master of Divinity degree curriculum wherein students receive training for leadership in vocational ministry capacities through courses in ministry practice and educational experiences within supervised ministry settings. The purpose of MLD is to work in concert with other courses in the divinity school curriculum to prepare God-called persons for service in the Church of Jesus Christ. MLD seeks to advance the growth of students toward: spiritual maturity, vocational clarification and ministry competence.
